This course is specifically intended for primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists and other health care professionals who manage patients with diabetes.

Identify patient- and medication-specific factors to consider when selecting glucose lowering agents
Indicate specific recommendations within the 2019 ADA Standards of Care for use of glucose-lowering medications in people with type 2 diabetes.
